The Yellow Slice will take the participants through the step-by-step process of building their own cheese platter – live on Zoom. Everyone will get their very own Cheese Tasting Kit home delivered to get started. They’ll walk the participants through different types of cheeses, flavours, cutting techniques, plating ideas, and then how to find the ultimate pairing options both for food as well as Wine or Beer.
